This is a part
of the world where, as each day dawns, we witness events that affect human lives on a
significant scale. These are events that deserve to be brought to the attention of
the public through the international media. Two Iraq wars, a decade apart, killer
earthquakes in Iran and Turkey, turmoil in the Balkans and the Caucasus, the Palestinian
conflict and deadly terrorist attacks - BBA was there to cover them all. BBA’s
base in Istanbul is an excellent jumping-off point for all the main spots where news
happens and we serve international and local broadcasters with live transmissions and tape
playouts from wherever the news is happening. The pictures BBA gathers and transmits don’t always come from the world’s trouble spots - there’s a lighter side too.
